1. At Greenfield Banking Company , the basis of each customer relationship, many of which span generations, is trust. We are obligated to honor that relationship with great care, beginning with the information that has been shared with us. We believe that our customer’s privacy should not be compromised. At the same time, we want to offer an array of financial products and services needed to accomplish our customers’ financial goals. We believe we can do both through the privacy policy below.

2. At Greenfield Banking Company, our mission is to meet the desires of our customers. As financial services professionals entrusted with sensitive financial information, we respect the privacy of our customers and are committed to treating the information responsibly. Our Customers Information Privacy Principles serve as a standard for all Greenfield Banking Company employees for collection, use, retention, and security of individual customer information.

3. We recognize our customers’ right to privacy. We recognize that they have a right to expect their personal information to remain private and secure. We will maintain standards to ensure that their information is private and secure at all times.

4. We collect, retain, and use information about our customers only where we reasonably believe that it will help administer our business or provide products, services, and other opportunities to them. We collect and retain information about them only for specific business purposes, and we will tell them why we are collecting and retaining it upon their request. We use information to protect and administer their records, accounts, and funds; to comply with certain laws and regulations; to help us design or improve our products and services; and to understand out customers’ financial needs so that we can provide them with quality products and superior service.

5. We will strive to maintain complete and accurate information about our customers and their accounts. We will investigate their concerns and correct any inaccuracies.

6. At Greenfield Banking Company, employees access to personally identifiable customer information is limited to those with business reasons to know such information. Employees are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and on these Privacy Principles. Because of the importance of these issues, all employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and employee who violate these Privacy Principles will be subject to disciplinary measures.

7. Greenfield Banking Company is committed to the security of our customers’ financial and personal information. All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects their account information from being access by third parties.

8. We do not reveal specific information about customer accounts or other personally identifiable data to parties outside our bank unless:

  1. The customer requests or authorizes it.
  2. The information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by our customer.
  3. The information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting agency.
  4. The disclosure otherwise is lawfully permitted to required.
